SEIGNORIAL TRUJILLO 04 days / 03 nights DAY 01: Trujillo – City tour Reception and transfer to the hotel. A.M. City tour. We will visit the Perimetral Wall (Baluarte Herrera), Plazuela of Recreo, Archaeological Museum, Iturregui Palace, The Emancipation House, the Merced Church, Mariscal de Orbegoso House, Calonge Urquiaga House, the Cathedral, Mayorazgo House, the Main Square. Lodging. DAY 02: Pyramids of the Sun and Moon Continental breakfast Excursion to the Moche Valley. We will visit the Moche countryside and we will observe the traditional forms of cultivating the land and typical clothes of those places. In the countryside, we can see the highest temple in South America made of adobe: The Sun and Moon Temple, which walls have beautiful arabesques in high relief with Mochica mythology designs. Lodging DAY 03: Chan- Chan circuit Continental breakfast A.M. Visit the Archaeological complex CHAN – CHAN. We will visit the Rainbow Temple of the Huaca Dragon, the Tschude Palace, one of the 9 better preserved. Its walls are decorated with high relief friezes. We go along its ceremonial and worship squares, reservoirs, barns, shrines or courts, funeral platform. We finish our tour in the cove of fishermen in Huanchaco, a traditional fishing port where you can observe the “Caballitos de Totora” (antique Mochica vessels). Free time. We recommend you to visit the handicraft and shoes fairs. DAY 04: Brujo Archaeological Circuit Continental breakfast A.M. We will go to the Chicama village through the north highway, where we will observe sugar cane plantations, visiting Chicama, Chiclin villages. We continue our journey to Magdalena de Cao, visiting the Brujo Archaeological Complex and its three pyramids: Huaca Prieta, Huaca Partida and Huaca Cao or Blanca admired by its friezes in high relief with many colors and drawings. Return to Trujillo. At a convenient time, transfer to the airport or bus station. End of our services. |
